The hotel had a beautiful glass canopy offering a view of the sky, but my room hadn't been serviced with no towels, and the bed was unmade, making it feel like a reject room. It was filthy and extremely small, barely allowing any movement around the bed.
Wow! This hotel is a real gem! The rooms are beautifully furnished, but a bit tight on space for your suitcase, and housekeeping was a bit slow to clean up during the day. The service can be hit or miss with some staff absent and even barging in. The location is superb, super close to an underground station and just a quick hop to Paddington.
